Are you on liquids until surgery?  Good luck with that!

I did not have a plan, but still didn't do too badly so far.

B: Protein bar
S: Protein Bar
L: Romaine salad w/ chicken and 1T sesame dressing
S: Choc shake
S: Protein bar
D: Teriaki chicken, steamed cabbage
S: Pudding

Swam 40 lengths yesterday and came home and napped. (36 is a 1/2 mile)

Today I walked a lot at work. I need to massage and stretch my muscles - I think I may have a Yoga DVD that I am going to try if I can find it.

Eh. Not a good day.

S: Cheese Stick (I have a rule that I have to get something in my stomach within an hour of getting up to get my metabolism awake)
B: Scrambled egg, slice of sourdough toast (out at restaurant)
L: Collard green and cheese tamale/sour cream/salsa -- carbs!
S: 1/2 healthy cookie made with pumpkin seeds and soy flour of some kind (agave sweetener)
S: 12 oz Green tea iced blended thingee (low fat but I don't want to think about carbs -- should've stopped with the cookie)
D: Mac and cheese made with Dreamfields pasta
S: Later -- in dire need of a protein shake

I don't think I'm going to find a collard green and cheese tamale on dailyplate.com.

Not a normal day for me -- had to take my Ma to the doctor.
