Denial #2 Idaho Medicaid
I'm glad you are determined. I have found insurance to be VERY picky about what documentation is needed. Good luck getting everything done and everything you learn pre op will help you after surgery. I've had to really suck it up to get my 10% off before the surgery. I've been reading lots of books about weight loss and some motivational stuff.
Idaho's medicaid program is one of the toughest in the nation.
Fior years they would not purchase a power wheelchair, no matter what the need. They would put a person in a nursing home, rather than buy they a power wheelchair and allow them to remain at home.
Lots of severely handicapped folks would go to Washington, just so they could get a power wheelchair. Then, as soon as they got it, they would come back home.
