Moday Weigh-in (Do I have to?)
Once again I left the house without weighing myself.
I'm not looking forward to it either, as I ate 2 pieces of Hawaiian pizza on Saturday (totally not worth it) and pear crumble I made for the boys on Sunday (way worth it).
So I'll post my weight later. Opening the thread for others.
ETA: Got weighed at the sleep doc's and his scale said 367. I was bummed until we were talking about me still feeling tired in the mornings and he looked closer at the chart and was amazed that I had lost so much since the last time I saw him. That put it into perspective.
I've been ravenous lately, but try to make good choices.
Start: 450
LW: 362
TW: 363 on my scale
Sigh. I guess that's not too bad for quitting smoking.

Patti T - Love the new 'do in your avatar.
I really, really did get down to 286 this past Wednesday.
This weekend obliterated that. Once again, not enough water, too much salt. Not enough exercise.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/mad.gif)
I am mostly back on track today:
Rode my bike for 40 minutes.
I'm already about 64 ounces in for water.
Right where I should be with my vitamins (calcium at 3, then good until beddtime).
I've had about 45 g of protein already.
Today: 290![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/dontwannasee.gif)
Last Wednesday Morning for About an Hour: 286 (102 pounds gone temporarily!)![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/party4.gif)
Start Weight: 388

Thanks for the compliment on my 'do. When I decided to update my avatar I grabbed this pic of my "new" cute hair from my last haircut. Looking at it and in the mirror, I am way past needing a trim to look this cute again....
Sounds like you are back on track today. I've been slacking on the exercise myself. I feel so tired, which I've been blaming on the quitting smoking, but maybe it is from NOT exercising.

It's been a tough week for me...I can't seem to eat any dense portein...beef is way out the the question..it just sits in my pouch for hours...I can do chicken about 10%..the other 80% I throw up..so I've decided to just go back on soft foods, lots of soups and chili's. I'll put the unflavored protein powder in them as soon as it comes in. I have a question tho, for those of you that use the unflavored protien powder. Do I put a scoop in the whole pot of soup, or just in the serving bowl?

Yay for tooterville! Wish I was there with ya!
You sure seem to have a grouchy little pouch. Have you named it / him / her?
I think once you start getting some more protein into you, you should see the scale start moving again. As far as how much to add and when, the container may have tips. If the nut. info is by scoop, I'd think you put it in the bowl, but that's just a WAG.
