Any1 regaining weight after RNY?

Post Op 3 yrs July 19th.

Lost:140
Regained: 50lb

What options do I have after an RNY?  Changing my eating habits isn't helping this time.  I still
eat proteins first and drink lots of water.  Also abiding by the nothing to drink a couple hours b4 meal and a couple after.  I think my body is back to the old yo-yo diet stage where it packs on the pounds when it doesn't get a certain amount of calories per day.

Someone who has had this experience please advise.

ARE YOU KEEPING A DIARY?  IF NOT THAT COULD BE THE SOLUTION BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT KEEPING A DIARY YOU MAY BE UNDER ESTIMATING HOW MUCH YOU ARE EATING.

Are you drinking enough liquid?

My doc/nutritionist said no liquids 30 mins before and after a meal. If I did 2 hours, there is no way I'd be getting in enough water.

You might also try the WLS graduates board. We actually discussed this very topic at my real world support group meeting Saturday. Evidently, it is very common at 3 to 4 years out.
