The idea of running is mind-boggling to me. And 27.5 miles - isn't that nearly a marathon?

Congrats!

Hi Crystal!

I got it at Amazon.com, as I'm still not much of a walker and prefer to shop online.

My Weigh Elite Digital Bathroom Body Weight Scale - 400 lb - $19.99

I know what a problem getting weighed can be. Before I got this one, I had to weigh at the doctors office or the health club. And the health club only goes to 400, so it was a while before I could use that one.

If you are over 400, I also found this one at Amazon that goes to 440.

Escali High-Capacity Bathroom Scale with Body Fat/Body Water Monitoring (440lb / 200kg) - $41.50

And here are more. The scale can be a tyrant, but it is good to check once a week.

Oh how cool!  I wanna play!!!

highest weight-423
surgery day weight-338
todays weight-307

I'm at a stall right now, but not discouraged.  I know its normal.  Hopefully the stall ends this week.

BTW, I got my scale at WalMart...$19.00 weights up to 400lbs

And agree, SCALES ARE EVIL!!

Good attitude about the stall. They happen and it's frustrating. But then suddenly your body lets go and you have a great week.

That's why measurements and photos are great tools to measure our progress too. I wish I had more before shots, but I was pretty camera shy.
