Body fat %

Hello everyone! I'm new around here and i don't know how to measure and calculate my body fat % can somebody please help me on this?Thank you very much.

www.linear-software.com/online.html  thats a site that has a body fat percentage calculator... hope this helps...  most just go by bmi tho its easier... just need hight and weight for it.. not measurements.. for accuracy... theres a BMI calculater on (MY OH) page here just have to scroll down for it usually
