Under 300!!!!
I haven't been able to get in a lot of protein....i hate the shakes, but my NUT gave me some really good ideas on dotoring them up so now I think I'll be able to. I've been eating a lot of beans and cheese. I'm still in the full liquids stage so not many options.....some yogurt, pudding, that sort of thing. I have 3 two ounce meals a day.
What a great thing to be under 300 already. Only 10 days out. That is amazing. You keep up the good work. I am so proud for you.
