Congratulations my friend! I'm scheduled for my first round on October 6th - LBL with butt auto-augmentation and medial thigh lift. Then I'll back for breast lift and arms.
I'm weighing about 215 now and the surgeon is thinking he'll be able to remove about 20 - 25 pounds. Like you, the excess is getting very bothersome and in the way of exercising and life in general. I'm either smooshed in shapers that cause very sweaty, sticky situations or in panties where my belly is spilling out from the bottom. Not good either way.
