Hi Everyone....I am a newbie and feel like I am at home!!
My beginning BMI was over 50. Did you take your measurements? If not, please do so. Even when you feel like you're in a stall, you may be losing inches. I had many stalls over the last year. I've lost 155 pounds since my surgery 11 months ago, 183 overall. Take care of yourself and it will happen!!
Hugs!!

Sweety! I almost missed ya here! You are doing SO good! You're getting in all your protein and water PLUS all the walking you do. Your poor little body is just taking a breather so it can catch up to YOU! Besides....Dr. Garth and Michelle both told us to expect the stall at 3 weeks. That 18# in 3 weeks is right on track...you're doing great!
Hey there Ms. Dee!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is Michelle?...Did you mean Melinda??????(lol)......I wish I could skip stalls and they all just disapear!!! Well I have been talking to my body lately so hopefully it has rested up and I will start seeing results soon. Dr Garth gave me a goal of 20lbs down by end of first month so I have a few days left. I know I can make it!!!!
