For heaven's sake, buy new panties. LOL
Expect ups and downs, in life and with your weight.

Oh Loris!!!! That is just toooooooo funny and hey! I resemble that remark!
Look for a PM from me - I want to pick your brain about plastic surgery; mine is coming up in early October. Eek!!! I don't know - half of me is so excited I could just scream for joy and the other half of me is so scared I could pee down my leg! LOL
And just so you know, I REALLY did buy new 'panties' today - the super duper shapers that were on sale at a KMart going out of business for 95% (yes, 95%!!!) off, I figure if I only wear them once I've got my money's worth!

I was listening to someone who'd lost a lot of weight talk on a local radio program and she said the same thing, dress pretty no matter where you are in your journey! She said that feeling good about the person you are helps in the weight loss journey! I have to remind myself that regardless of my weight, I'm still me and that's who I'll always be!
