What are you eating/doing? Thirsty Thursday....
I did not get enough fluid yesterday and ended up waking up at 2 and drinking a ton of water. Yesterday was just one of those days where I did not want to get up off of the heating pad and the fridge was too far away....well only in my mind was it too far away. I didn't eat much yesterday either, I was weighing the opportunity cost of getting up off of the heating pad and making myself something. The cost was low and my back was enjoying the heat way too much. It's better today, I worked out against the Chrio's wishes.....he will get over it. I am going back for another treatment, what I like about him is that he does not lay a hand on you, he has all of this high tech fancy equiptment that does the work.
60 minutes upper body, core, cardio
B- Yogurt with Kashi
Post Workout Shake
L- Grilled Chicken Salad
S- Protein Shake or ham roll ups
D- Chili with cheese and spinach
S- not sure yet, it's another toss up between protein ice cream and pudding

I was so wiped out from my extra long day yesterday that I didn't exercise this morning . I'll try to go for a walk this evening with my new fancy, schmancy running shoes I bought last night.
B - Greek yogurt with five raspberries, sf raspberry syrup
S - Isopure protein drink
L - Curry chicken salad from Whole Foods (wasn't as good as I remembered)
S - Small dark chocolate square
D - who knows?
My 3-month followup at my drs. office was yesterday. They are pleased with my progress, but think I'm getting too much protein (!!!!). It's working, so I'm not going to change anything right now.

One food makes you larger, and one food makes you small...
Today has been just crazy for me. Way too many meetings, and some of them quite exhausting. But now I'm done with meetings for the day (yay!) and for the whole week actually since I took tomorrow off! Let the festivities begin!
Here is today's menu:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, added some ground coffee to it for flavor. I liked it!
S- string cheese
L- shrimp ****tail, small cucumber/tomato salad
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
S- Inspire PB cookie / Chocolate Max Protein (post workout)
D- filet mignon, broccoli
S- fage with blueberries
Exercise will be a 60 minute step class, followed by some core and ab work.
