Awww huggles Teresa... i havent measured since the last time but i know for sure the inces are melting away... all of my 3X stuff is literally falling off me...  and i had bought some new bras and panties that were smaller and now they are all to big... i went from a 48/50 DDD to now a 38 sports bra.. so not sure cup size i know im inbeteen a D/DD now but its mostly skin.. i stuff my tatas in bras now and adjust for 10 mins or so to have pretty cleavage.. something i never had to work at before.. and i can buy panties at wal-mart now.. and in paks of 5 no less... and not even the largest size they have... its a great feeling.. to not have to spend $20+ shiping for a pair of undies.. the little things in lfe most over look...  i promise i will update on inches b4 the 23rd my 6month surgeriversary..  "sexy" isn't in my current vocabulary about myself but thank u for the feeling that gave me when u said so..  and im sorry ur friend is in pain... i can understand why tho.. when i hold my foot straight it causes pain.. so it being premantly straight from surgery.. i think would be extremely painful.. i do wear regular shoes.. i try to get ones with good arch support tho.. not flats.. seems to help comfort wise.. oh and those 28 stretchy jeans are uber lose now..  i wore then to doc appt the other day... and  was pulling them up all day LOL... and im sure u remember how excited i was to even get them up even tho they were Snug! month or so ago..

Oh Peggy thats fantastic. Yes I do remeber you being excited about the jeans. Already too big.. thats great.. Don't loose them walking down the road. lol.. You inspired me to try on jeans and yes I got a pair. They are 28's but they zip and button. I thought no way but yep they fit. I was doing a little dance in the dressing room..glad there are no cameras in there..lol..
I am sure your inches are dropping off. I can't wait to hear how you are doing in that department. You also incouraged me to measure I was just a little slow at doing it.. I finally listed them on here. Only the friends list can see them but you can if you go look.. Hey girl you better getu used to the sord sexy. especially if you keep showing off the cleavage..So good to hear from you. I will be watching  for the inches lost.. Keep up the good work

God Bless
Teresa

 Hi Val,
Welcome to the board... as Teresa said it is slow at times.. but check it often u never know what subject might be just what u needed to read that day.. and feel free to post any thoughts, questions, comments, rants etc... we will all enjoy reading and sharing our input trust me... this board has been very inspirational to me in the last yr.. i have learned so much from everyone on it.. there are a few who dont come around as much as they used to... (shame on them for getting lives on us..) jk..  i dont blame them... having lost 133lbs (as of today) myself i find i dont sit around on the laptop as much as i did last summer..  but i do check this forum when im online.. and love greeting and getting to know new ppl... i know exactly what u mean by wanting to be around ppl who understand.. i used to go to RNY board.. but found it more depressing then anything there were ppl losing half what i had lost and were at goal.. and i would be happy just to be where they started.. and none of them understood how i felt about being able to do things i couldnt do b4.. like soak in the tub.. fit in hubbys camero... i still have a long journey ahead.. and im so happy i have this board to turn to when i have a bad day.. or a GREAT day for that matter.. love sharing with ppl who truely understand!!!!  good luck with your journey...

Thank you so much for your warm welcomes!  :)  Today I'm having a grouchy pouch day as someone has called it.  I ate the chicken out of a healthy choice dinner about 3 1/2 hours ago and have had HORRIBLE pouch pain since.  I stopped at walmart on the way home and got some gasx strips.  hopefully I'll be able to get some fluids down soon.

I had 3 yay moments this weekend that I would have shared with the board, but didn't think some would understand.

I went camping with my gf and I tried on my old coat.  I haven't fit this coat for like 5 years.  I tried it on to see if I could at least squeeze myself into it if it rained.  well I'll tell you it FIT!  I was stoked!\

Then camping when we were setting up, I looked at the weight limit on our camp chairs (mine is the heavy duty one) well it was 325lbs and I was 314.  I was no longer risking humiliation to sit!!!

3rd thing...  I forgot my hoody and my gf told me to try hers.  Hers is a man's 2x.  I could  zIp it!  Ok in all truthfulness it was tight.  but I wore it unzipped pretty much all weekend.

You guys are funny and I love reading your posts.

Yay!

Hey, Val! Welcome to the board. Looks like you are from my neck of the woods. Did you have yours' done at OHSU too?

I can relate to finding a place that feels like "home"! It's nice to know other people are coming from the same kinds of experiences. I laughed my ass off about the foot shrinkage with weight loss comments! It is so true. I had to get rid of most of my old shoes, because I literally would step out of them by accident as I was walking along!

Which part of Portland are you from? Maybe we can meet up for coffee at some point!
