Morning Everyone!

Had an early day today, Dawson had a camp field trip, so I decided I would take an early spin class.  My back and abs are killing me, we are now doing core and ab work with a 30lb plate and I am feeling the burn.    I didn't sleep at all last night, so I decided to try and catch the meteor shower early this morning, but it was too cloudy.

60 minute spin class

B- Protein Iced Coffee Shake
L- Tuna, TJ Flaxseed crackers and salad
S- Ham and Cheese rollups
D- Mexican Chicken and edamame
S- Protein Ice Cream

Probably another protein shake thrown in there somewhere.

Good afternoon!

My lunchtime walk got pre-empted by rain (UGH!!!!) so I'm posting here instead. The rain could stop anytime now and I would be totally cool with it!

Here is my menu for the day:

B: Inspire PB Cookie / Chocolate Max Protein
S: cheese stick
L: albacore with light mayo, small cucumber/tomato salad
S: Half a Supreme Protein Bar
S: Skinny Latte
D: Going to a hibachi place for dinner, so I am planning on chicken and/or shrimp & vegetables
S: fage & blueberries

Exercise will be at least 30 minutes of Wii Fit.  Have a great day!

 Hmm... today wasn't a very planned out day...


B-skinny latte
S-1/2 Atkins PB bar
L- 3 wheat crackers and laughing cow
S-leftovers from last night (turk breast, sauteed squash, mashed taters)
D-This is bad... toppings from a slice of Domino's Pacific Veggie (we added chicken)

I'll have protein icecream before bed to get some more protein.

I feel bad about the pizza.  But it was my first taste of normal in months.

I'm new to this message board.  I'll prolly post a quick intro after this.
