Better late than never, I had my 9 month appt with my suregon and he was oober pleased with my progress.
I worked out very early this morning with Mike ..60 minutes lower body, core, cardio
B- Protein Shake
L- Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad
S- Protein Bar
D- Not sure yet just got home
S- Whatever I come up need to check my protein
