What are you eating/doing? Friday and the Weekend...
Morning Everyone!
I am in the midst of doing laundry and cleaning up "Hurricaine Dawson". I have a list of things I want to accomplish this weekend, lets see how that goes. No formal plans this weekend, we are heading to the zoo tomorrow, tonight we are going to the fair in Clearfield and we are going to see Kelly Clarkson. It has been years since I have been to the fair, so I am exciooted to ride some rides and see a great show.
60 minutes wii fit
B- Oh Yeah Protein Shake
L- Turkey Taco Meat with spinach, cheese, salsa, and these heavely yellow tomatoes I got at the farmers market.
S- Protein Shake
D- Unsure, probably dinner at the fair

Happy Friday! I am glad the weekend is finally here! I'm planning to go to a movie tonight, then down to Delaware tomorrow to see my nephew in a tournament, and then Sunday I hope to just relax at home and get some cleaning done.

B- Chocolate Max Protein & PB Cookie Inspire, coffee
L- roast beef roll-ups
S- protein shake
D- ricotta pie with ham & provolone, some marinara on the side. Sort of like a calzone without the crust.

im screwing up lately big time... thing is i know it.. but sighs... just dont have the desire or will to eat.. so far to day i ate a creamesicle and 2 slices of turkey breast and a cheese stick... not getting in all my water either.. maybe 34oz today so far... i know better.... ugh! only posting this cuz i need to hold myself acountable..
I am exhausted, we did not get home until after 2 this morning. Who would have thought that the kids would have wanted to ride more rides and play games....ugh! The show was good and we had a really good time.
Today, I need to hit the grocery store and feed the family. I am hoping it warms up so that we can jump in the pool.

It is going to a low key day, hopefully the sun comes out and we can jump in the pool. We ended up, very last minute heading to the zoo yesterday afternoon. We had a nice time and just as we got to the aquarium it started to pour rain....this has been our summer.
