Morning Everyone!!

Any plans for the weekend? We are thinking of going to the park or the zoo, nothing too exciting.  It is going to be hot and humid so maybe using the pool could be in order, who knows...

60 minutes upper body, core, cardio

B- Eggs with veggies and chia seeds
L- Turkey Taco Salad
S- Protein Shake
D- Unsure probably the same as lunch
S- Something with blueberries

Morning! 

No big exciting weekend plans yet.  I am going to cheer on my nephew in a regional baseball tournament down in Delaware on Saturday -- his team is the NJ state champs.  I hope it's not too beastly hot for that.  After the game, I may head right to the beach and soak up some sun.

Today's menu:
B- PB cookie Inspire & Chocolate Max Protein
S- nonfat latte
L- steak, vegetables, cheese, Greek yogurt, pico de gallo -- sort of like a burrito without a tortilla
S- cottage cheese
S- protein shake (post workout)
D- Lemon herb chicken thigh, small salad
S- blueberries & Greek yogurt

Exercise will be a 60 minute step class.

It's finally cooler here! I can put in the rest of my fall crops this weekend!

Trying something different food-wise from the Medifast 5 and 1. - sort of like the old LA Weight Loss Plan or South Beach. I want to get in more normal eating patterns before I quit smoking so I don't eat my way back to where I started when I'm not smoking!

B - Low Sugar Apple Cinnamon oatmeal with 1/2 c blueberries
S - MF choc shake
L - Large Asian salad with chicken breast slices, dressing on the side (I use about 1/3)
S - raw broccoli and carrots
D - Grilled fresh fish, grilled veggies, grilled yam
S - Activia vanilla
