Good Morning Peeps!!
I am exhausted, this insomnia is kicking my arse....I feel like I am never going to sleep again. It subsided somewhat when we went to the beach, but as soon as we got home it started again. I am not sure if it is the fact that I had Dan around for a few weeks and that makes me feel more secure when I sleep or what?! But according to him, I have a security system, a bat, and a tazer (which is a lovely pink color) I should not feel afraid to be by myself at night....and so it goes....
I am trying to get motivated for the rest of my day, I need to grab a shower and get some work around the house done....at least I keep telling myself that...
60 minutes with my trainer Lower Body, core, and cardio - I never taking a vacation again OUCH!!!!!

L- Chicken and Mushrooms
S- Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups
D- Not sure, maybe going to the parents house to see my *****y 85 yr old grandma
S- Shake
Such an inspiring menu...I am too low on calories...I need to fix that problem....

I have the insomnia, too, as you know. My problem is that I can fall asleep just fine, but then I wake up during the night for two or three hours and then can NOT get back to sleep. It's enormously frustrating! I'm not overly tired from it, although it does make waking up at my usual time difficult, but I'm so frustrated beyond belief with it. Heather, I am jealous of your pink tazer! I want one too, but they don't sell them in NJ so I have to go out of state to get it. Crazy.

B- Inspire PB cookie, mixed with Chocolate Max Protein. Coffee!
L- Zucchini & tomatoes, ricotta
S- PB on half a sammy thin
S- protein shake (post workout)
D- Swordfish, small tomato-cucumber salad
S- ricotta with SF cinnamon dolce syrup
Exercise will be a one hour Zumba class. Looking forward to that!
