Good Monday Morning Everyone!!!

We are back from a wonderful vacation at the beach. We had beautiful weather and we had a great time!  It was an active vacation we did alot of walking and more "active" things, if that makes any sense and the bonus was I lost 10lbs on vacation!!!!!!!!  WOOT!!!!!  As of this morning I have hit 155lbs lost!!!  YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90 minutes Yoga  30 minutes wii fit

B- Blueberry Oatmeal Bake with nuts and greek yogurt
L- Chicken and Mushrooms  Salad
S- Ham and Cheese Roll Ups
D- Asian Pineapple Chicken and Salad
S- Protein Shake

I may have to squeeze another snack in there because I am way too low on calories!

I missed your daily posts!  I was a total slacker about posting them myself while you were gone. 

Here's my menu du jour:

B- Inspire PB cookie mixed with Chocolate Max Protein, coffee

L- Tuna on half a sammy thin

S- ricotta with SF cinnamon dolce syrup

S- string cheese (post workout)

D- chicken thigh, zucchini & tomatoes

S- SF pudding with cool wHip

I haven't added up the calories yet but I think I'm in my range.  We shall see later!  I have a big craving for a savory ricotta pie today but I think it's going to be too hot to turn the oven on.  Maybe later on in the week when the high temp is going to be in the 70s.  Craziest summer weather EVER.

Exercise today will be 60 minutes of Zumba, and some strength training.  I think I am finally learning not to hate the strength training so much, which is a Good Thing!  Because I like to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!!
