wow.. thanks for the information didnt think of that... nut has me on 1200 cals.. but im getting round 800.. beans whole wheat.. fruit all things i been working on.. we started round same size.. and ive lost 128ish in the last year so maybe thats it as well body is catchin up cell wise.. i been trying to snack some days for extra cals.. but i so dont want to get into that habit..
