Morning Everyone!!!

It's Monday....yah?!  We have 3 more days and a wake up and we will be on our way to the beach!!  YAH!!!!  We had a pretty low key weekend, just cleaning and packing...the weather here was pretty crappy, everytime I would attempt a walk it would start pouring rain.  Yestereday, I thought I would tempt faite and sit on the deck, read a book and soak up some natural vitamin d.  The sun shinned for a couple hours, soon as I went in and changed to go for a walk, we had a pop up thunderstorm.  God hates me....lol!!

90 minute yoga class tonight   30 minutes wii fit

B- Turkey stuffed pepper
L- Tuna, flaxseed crackers, and salad
S- Protien Shake
D- Not sure yet, I think some sort of chicken dish
S- Protein Shake after yoga

Kind of a weird day, I really am lacking in the planning department, its Monday......

I had a crazy weekend -- I think I need another weekend to recover from it!  I have no idea why people expect me to work this morning, and yet here I am.

Here's today's plan:
B- Syntha-6 Cookies & Cream, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- poached salmon, caprese salad
S- PB on half a sammy thin
Post-workout- Protein shake
D- Not sure. Really hoping I have either fish or chicken in the freezer. Otherwise maybe an omelet.
S- SF pudding

Exercise will be Zumba, and then 20 minutes of weight training.  So I can be strong, strong like bull!
