B- Denver Omlet Egg Bake
L- Zucchini Lasagna - which made me dump...think it was the sugar in the sauce
S- Protein Shake
D- Piece of the edge veggie pizza which didnt sit well
S- Protein Shake
60 minutes MMA (Mixed Martial Arts Cardio Class) and every muscle and fiber of my being aches...but I loved it!!
SUN
30 minutes total body workout with my trainer. 2 mile walk
PreB- Oh Yeah Good Grab Shake
B- Lean Cusine Stuffed Cabbage with Chia Seeds
L- Turkey Stuffed Pepper salad with ranch
S- Protein Coffee Shake
D- Pineapple Chicken with grilled veggies
S- SF Pudding with wHip
Proabably another shake thrown in there.

Heather, I hope you're feeling better today. Dumping is the WORST. Having dumped twice on sugar alcohols now, I feel paranoid about eating a lot of things. Maybe that's a good thing, though. Who knows.
Here was my Saturday:
B- Syntha-6 Cookies & Cream
S- Simply Jif on half a sammy thin, coffee
L- Salad greens with some chicken francese with the coating picked off (I was at a Christening party and had to make do)
S- Skim latte, fruit
D- Miso soup, sashimi appetizer (went out for sushi)
S- Fage with blueberries, two beverages when I went out dancing...
Exercise was a one hour Zumba class.
Sunday:
B- Fage with berries
S- coffee, Simply Jif on half a sammy thin
L- scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies
S- protein shake
D- Salmon, veggies
S- SF pudding
Exercise: Took a 3 mile walk, will do some EA Active or Wii Fit later.
