Its another warm day here (YAH!!!!!) so it is going to be an afternoon in the pool. 

60 minutes with my trainer, lower body, cardio, and core.

B- Omelette Bake with fruit
Post Workout Shake
L- Turkey Burger with cheese and salad
S- Iced Protein Coffee
S2- Fage with strawberries and blueberries
D- Black Bean Tortilla Casserole and Salad  - I took one of my old recipes and tweeked it.  I am making it with ww mexican cheese, low carb whole wheat tortillas and the stats are pretty good.
S- SF Pudding with wHip

An afternoon in the pool?  Hmm... if I blow off work this afternoon, can I join you?  :)

B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
L:  Antepasto salad, SF pudding
S: PB on half a sammy thin
Protein shake (post-workout)
D: Grilled mahi, roasted asparagus
S: Protein ice cream

Exercise is Step Class, and probably a little time with the Wii Fit so it doesn't chastise me for staying away!  LOL

I won't get my pool time until after work today, but it's so hot here that I won't weasel out! Trying very hard to stick to my plan today.

B - MF pudding
S - Dried squid - not, it's not gross. I get it at the asian market and I think it is pretty good for protein, but is very chewey. I buy the HOT kind!
L - MF shake
S - MF pudding
D - Salmon, sugar snap peas, spinach salad
S - MF bar
