Morning Everyone!!

The temperature is suppose to get above 75 today!!  WOO HOO!!!  Maybe we can use the pool today!  I need to get a heater for it, I c, nnot stand to swim in ice cold water.  We have a solar cover but it does not do the job.

We are getting ready for our beach vacation starts next Friday.  I love the beach, it is my happy place and our vacation is usually very low key and relaxing.  I m looking forward to the warm weather, we can't seem to buy summer here in PA.  THis year we are having our family portraits taken on the beach, yesterday I had to take the dress I am wearing to the seamstress, I bought it a month ago and it was hanging off of me .  

60 minutes Wii Fit

B- Eggs with peppers and onions
S- Iced Protein Coffee
L- Turkey burger with cheese and salad
S- Protein Coffee
D- not sure yet, I have a menu planning issue lol. It maybe hawiian chicken or zuchinni ricotta bake.
S- SF Pudding with wHip

It's supposed to be 84 here today.  OMG SUMMER!!!  I was freezing last night, though -- one of those nights where I got into bed and then debated with myself whether to get up and close the windows. I ended up not closing them because I decided it was too cold to get out from under the covers (see, this is why I need to get married, LOL).  I am at work today but I have to say that my give-a-damn is truly busted.  We went through a restructuring last week which has caused much drama, and I have no desire to deal with that.  Actual work, sure, but drama?  Yeah, no thanks.  I need to start planning a vacation.

Here's today's menu:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- antepasto salad
S- Peanut butter on half a sammy thin
D- Grilled Mahi, zucchini & tomatoes
S- SF pudding

Exercise will be a one hour Step class, and at least a half mile walk at lunchtime.

Missed posting yesterday.  Awful day at work. 

I ate OK at work but ate NY Strip when I got home, baked potato, and then cheesecake later.

I didn't eat the whole steak, or the whole baked potato, but the cheesecake!!!!  And now today, I am feeling sooo sluggish.  Yuck.

Workout was lower body.  Legs, lunges, leg presses, ugh I didn't want to do it.

B - 1 c fiber one cereal and 1/2 c skim milk
L - Grilled fish salad.  So yummy.  1/2 filet of fish, grilled veggies, lettuce, feta and balsamic vinagrette
S- NSA peach cup
D - ??  grilled pork tenerloin and cucumber salad
S - peach protein ice cream

DETOX, DETOX, DETOX from that fat in the cheesecake and the steak.  I do eat red meat but usually sirloin which is much leaner.

Heather and Leslie.....I'll be more than happy to trade you some of thisTexas heat for some of yours! We've had 100º+ for over 2 weeks and we're baked and done! Our only saving grace is the humidity has been low in the 50% range....which is very unusual here on the Gulf Coast.

So......wanna trade?!?!?!  PLEASE!!!!!
