What are you eating/doing? Tuesday....
I uploaded my GoWear armband yesterday and after doing all of the laundry and such, plus yoga and putting everything away I burned 3800 calories and took 22,000 steps. Holy moly!!!
Its a blah day today. I had a snack after my Yoga class and I was up all night with heartburn, which I have not had since I had surgery. I think I ate a bottle of Tums last night - bLECH!!! I have to go to the grocery store this afternoon or according to my son, he is going to starve to death. Boo Hoo!
60 minutes with my trainer lower body, core, and cardio
B- Stuffed Cabbage Lean Cusisne -not the best choice but it was all I had and I needed the carb load for workout
Post Workout Shake
L- Tuna and Crackers, Salad with lt Ranch
S- Protein Shake
D- Rump Roast in the crockpot and veggies
S- Fruit Salad (pineapple, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries)
I may throw another shake in there and I may take a walk later just for giggles, The weather here is so fall like, its hard not to take advantage of not being outside. It was warmer in Wisconsin last week when we were there, the only thing missing was my pool =(

I know I've said this before but I love my GoWear armband! I know that it inspires me to be more active because I love plugging it in and seeing some big numbers.
Today's a weird day for me. I got myself all geared up to come to work and tackle some big project meetings, but then it turns out that the other key person for these meetings is out sick, so they've all been rescheduled. So all my "Eye of the Tiger" preparation was for nothing! Grrrrr...
Here's my menu for the day:
B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: SF chocolate pudding
L: Chicken thigh with BBQ sauce, green beans
S: yogurt with blueberries
S: cheese stick (post-workout)
D: Not sure -- going out for dinner. Most likely grilled fish & vegetables or salad.
S: SF cinnamon roll pudding
Exercise will be a one mile walk at lunchtime, and Zumba after work. Yes, my name is Lesley and I am a Zumba addict. It's true.

I'm sure if I lived with anyone else, they would think I'm super OCD too. I didn't get the wris****ch, so I have to upload to see my data. And I do things like race home and upload it right away as soon as I get home so I can see what different activities added up to -- and not just things like "Hmmm... how many calories did I burn at the gym?" Truly neurotic things like "How many calories did I burn while grocery shopping?" I must know!!!
