I am really not in the mood to move it!  I am exhausted from the 17hr drive home.....Anyone want to come unpack and do laundry for me? Anyone? Anyone? I pay well.....

We walked and walked and walked on vacation.  I took my GoWear and I walked at least 15,000-30,000 steps per day.  My Aunt Flo decided to come and vacation with us, maybe that is why I had a low tolorance for my mother in laws bs....... We had a great time when we were not with them.

90 minutes Power Yoga

B- OH Yeah Protein Shake
L- Tuna, Crackers, and Salad
S- Protein Shake
D- BBQ Chicken Thigh and Green Beans
S- Protein Shake

I like to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!  I am *loving* this GoWear armband.  I find that just knowing that it's on is making me more active, because I want to see how many calories I can burn and how many steps I can log.  And I like seeing the calories I'm burning vs. calories I'm taking in. 

After meeting with my surgeon and NUT last week, I've decided to conquer my fear of carbs, and aim for a 40-30-30 balance.  I think it's working well so far.  There were days when I was taking in almost no carbs at all (Liquid Protein Test, yikes!) and I felt weak and fuzzy-headed those days.  I feel better now, and it's still a low enough amount that I'm not feeling any cravings.  We shall see.  Here is today's menu:

B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
L: chicken thigh simmered in BBQ sauce, green beans (Wonder where I got this idea from! LOL!)
S: PB on half a sammy thin
S: cheese stick (post workout)
D: swordfish with balsamic-dijon glaze, small salad
S: Fage with blueberries

Edited to add:  My exercise for today will be a Zumba class after work.  I love my Zumba!

Lets see if I can get back in the swing of this...

B - 1 cup fiber one cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk
L - was NOT prepared...no protein in site and meetings up the wazoo today
     Special K 90 calorie bar...NSA mandarin orange cup & NSA peach cup
S - another special K bar
S - 4 slices oscar mayer deli turkey/ham 100 cals 17g protein
D - homemade chili & 1 T Fage yogurt
           - 93% lean ground beef.  Can organic tomatos, bell pepper & jalapeno (from my garden) onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can tomato paste.  Really good

S - 3/4 cup protein peach ice cream

Workout - heavy weight chest and back workout today.

Gowearfit on my arm.  Haven't uploaded in 2 weeks.  Arghhhh
