Surgeons in TX?

Does anyone know of a doctor in Texas who operates on people with really high BMIs?  I have gone to 2 different surgeons in 2 years.  Both wanted me to lose 50 pounds prior to surgery.  I understand it would be safer to lose the weight, but I have tried and it's driving me insane!  I watch what I eat, go the gym, lose about 25 pounds, and then mess up on the diet.  I would really like to find a doctor who has experience on operating on people with high BMIs and talk to him/her.  My blood pressure is good, my heart is good, I really have no other comorbiditys besides some back pain.  I am only 32 years old.  I would like to have the surgery before I develop any medical issues and while I am still young so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I live in Texas  near Victoria and weigh 380 pounds and have  to lose 70 pounds before weight loss surgery.  If I new how to lose 70 pounds.  I don,t think I would need the surgery.  I would just lose the 70 pounds and then  hundred and fifty more. I have only lost 10 pounds in three months or exercising and watch what I eat and I stopped drinking everythin but, tea and water.  So now I,m at 370.   If it keep going this way I will never get the surgery.

My doc did.   Can go to Austin?  If so, I'd recommend him to anyone.
