I hate the weather.  It stopped raining and I thought I would go for a walk.  Thought I was safe because the sun poked through the clouds- boy I was wrong.  It waits till I am 2 miles from my car and the heavens opened up a can of whoop a$$ on me.  I literally sprinted back to the car.  Guess my Wii Fit runs with Barack Obama are really paying off.  So I came home and showered and ran to the mall and Nordstroms was having their 4th of July sale, well needless to say, I did my part to make sure the consumer spending index is up this quarter.  6 pairs of shoes and 3 outfits later and I only spent....wait for it.............wait for it........................$95.68.  WOO HOO!!!

3 mile walk/sprint  later I am going to do a cardio boxing session wii fit.

B- Protein Shake
L- Turkey Meatloaf and Salad
S- Protein Shake
D- Same as lunch
S- SF Pudding and wHip

I am uninspired today when it comes to food, I was not feeling much like breakfast this morning.

The weather sucks here, too.  It was sunny this morning when I left the house, but by the time I got out of the endocrinologist's office an hour later, it had clouded up.  I had an EXCELLENT appointment with the endo, she was thrilled with my progress, and my fasting glucose and insulin numbers were GREAT!  She thinks the weight loss is definitely resolving my PCOS, which is a huge, huge relief.  I was weighed there, and realized that I had broken the 150 mark and I got all teary-eyed when the nurse told me my weight.  I'm just thrilled!  I am also most definitely doing my part to help consumer spending -- I just ordered a GoWear armband (yay!), and now I'm thinking I need to swing by Nordstrom's later.  But if I need clothes and the economy needs stimulating, then it's win-win, right?

Here's today's menu:

B: chocolate Max Protein
S: cheese stick
L: chicken thigh simmered in mustard BBQ sauce, green beans
S: half a small apple, PB2
S: Protein shake (post-workout)
D: chili
S: ricotta with SF Torani syrup

Exercise will be an advanced step class at the gym.  And probably some Wii Fit too.

WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!  That is awesome!!!  You will love your GoWear armband!!  I find it more motivating when I am tracking how many calories I am burning and I try to beat my daily goals.
