4months post-op
im a lil over 4 months post-op... RNY Gastric Bypass. Yes, the health benefits have been phenomenal! I'm sure you're relieved to not have the added stress of that med regime, etc. And moving around is so much easier! By the way, I used to live in Schuylkill Cty. (worked for the county as a case manager for mentally retarded children) 13 years ago...I lived in Pottsville and New Philly. Dear friends of mine live closer to you, in Shamokin. I miss PA and its seasons, and make it a point to visit...we're in South Florida now, but plan to be reverse snowbirds and hopefully relocate/retire to PA or NYS. What a beautiful area you live in...miss the nature!

Congrats on all your hard work paying off. You look so much happier in your new pic......I go to my pcp to get my process started tomorrow. You definately let me know I am on the right track. I was up to 466 last year and now I am at 418. So I have a lot to lose and you are definately an inspiration to me Thanks so much! You look wonderful!
