Morning Everyone!!

I have been a busy bee, we are leaving on Sunday for vacation and I feel like my "to do list" is getting longer, not shorter......I am up to my eyeballs in laundry and my son packs like he is a girl.  He has a suitcase full of toys,  and he has to take at least 4 pairs of shoes, ugh!!!  Actually, I cannot complain, I am taking 6 pairs of shoes and my DH has warned me I am only allowed 2.  Lucky I do the packing, I have found some creative places for shoes -lol!!

We are headed to the movies this afternoon, to see Transformers.  Dawson has also informed me that we are going to see "Ice Age" on Friday.  Hmm.... I want to go see "My Sister's Keeper" and no one wants to go with me.

60 minutes Lower body, core, holy mother cardio today.... I have not checked my Go Wear yet, but I am sure I hit my vigerous exercise goals today....

B- Eggs with veggies and chia seeds
Post Workout Shake
L- Turkey Burger with cheese on 1/2 Arnold's Sammy Thin and veggies
S- I have budgeted some popcorn in
Protein Shake
D- Turkey Taco Meat with cheese and salsa
S- Sf Pudding with wHip

Protein (41.4%)  Carbs (27.3%)  Fat (31.2%) not too shabby....

Have a great rest of the day everyone!!!

I wish I had a vacation coming up, too!  Work is insanely busy because the quarter is ending today.  That three-day weekend cannot get here quickly enough!  The work stress isn't all bad -- I'm getting a ton of things done, and I'm also really looking forward to going to the gym tonight and blowing off some steam!  I think exercise is becoming my second religion or something...

Here's my plan for the day:

B: Syntha-6 cookies & cream shake, coffee
L: chicken thigh simmered in BBQ sauce, green beans
S: half a Supreme Protein bar
S: Protein shake (post-workout)
D: Scallops provencale (tomato, basil, and feta)
S: Greek yogurt with blueberries

Exercise will be a half mile walk at lunchtime, and then a Step class at the gym tonight.  And maybe a few minutes of Wii Fit so it doesn't snark at me about not exercising.

Have a great day, all!
