We are actually having more summer weather today!! Its going to be in the high 80's low 90's. Looks like another pool day.
Wii Fit 60 minutes and I think I will talk a walk later
B- Bacon and Feta Crustless Quiche
L- Luch with some friends I think it's going to be sushi
S- protein shake
D- Turkey Burger with cheese and side salad with lt ranch
S- Protein Chi Latte

Good morning! It's (hopefully) another sunny yet cool day here in NJ. I'll take it!
Here's my menu for the day:
B: Syntha-6 moccachino
S: cheese stick
L: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes, jello
S: half a Supreme Protein Bar
D: Sushi/Sashimi (going out for a friends' birthday)
S: fage and blueberries
I will also add another protein shake in there. I had terrible, terrible carb cravings yesterday (for bread and crackers, not sweets) and I figure that if I feel them, I should opt for the protein shake instead of the carbs. I think I figured out where the cravings were coming from. I was taking Levaquin for a sinus infection, and I think it did funky things to my blood sugar levels, and thus made me crave carbs. I also think that all the rain we've had has made me lacking in serotonin more than usual, and I know that can cause the carb cravings too. At least that is the theory I am going with! I hope this passes.
For exercise, I did 40 minutes with the Wii Fit this morning, and I'll take at least a one mile walk at lunchtime.

Worked from home today. Got my hip fixed by the chiro after I locked up (painfully!!) 2 times yesterday. I am not to bend at the waist when I weed, but bend at the waist AND knees.

Swam for 40 minutes. I love my new snorkle! And UPS brought my SwiMP3 player today (adter my swim, of course). So I'll just HAVE to go again tomorrow.
