I think that summer has finally arrived in Central, PA!! YAH!!! It's going to be a pool day with the kids, finally.
I am having this weird left side pain that gets worse when I work out. I have been ignoring it for about 2 weeks now and I am hoping it is just scar tissue or something and goes away. Far far away....
60 minutes lower body, core, cardio
B- Eggs with pepppers, onions, mushrooms and chia seeds
Post Workout - Shake
L- Turkey Burger with salad
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Chicken Thigh with Green Beans
S- Protein Chi Tea - THIS IS SOOOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all! It's finally a beautiful day here in NJ -- sunny and not too hot, I'll take it! Left side pain does not sound like fun AT ALL. I hope that goes away very soon.
Here's today's menu:
B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: cheese stick
L: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
S: Fage yogurt with berries
D: scallops provencale (tomatoes, basil, feta, capers)
S: SF pudding
I need to add a protein shake in there somewhere, and also maybe an iced latte (espresso with skim milk).
For exercise, I'm going to either a Zumba or a Step class, depending on what time I get to the gym. I'm also going to take a walk at lunchtime. I'm crabby today and hoping the walk will help clear my head. Have a great day, everyone!
