What are you eating/doing? Wet Wednesday.....
It is raining cats and dogs here and I am freezing. It's 47 degrees......where is summer? Last year it was 90 and we were in the pool all day. We have had 3 days that we could get in the pool so far...pfffttt.....I want summer
Back on track today and NO Starbucks and only good carbs!!!
B- Eggs with peppers, zuchinni, onions, mushrooms, and spinach
S- Protein Shake
L- Chili with Cheddar Cheese and spinach
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Chicken and salad with lf ranch
S- SF Pudding with cool wHip
I am going to throw another protein shake in there somewhere.....my caloires are low and my numbers are whacked out but I need to break my carb demon.......

Ugh, I am having a frustrating day here. I really think that my head might explode today. It's the kind of day that (almost) makes me wish I could eat and eat again. Instead, I'm going to take a walk by the canal during my lunch hour and hope that that calms me down and helps clear my head.
Here's today's menu. I am doing Day 2 of a de-carb plan:
B- Syntha 6 strawberry milkshake
S- Coffee with some vanilla Oh Yeah
L- Fuzzy Navel nectar mixed with 4C Lemonade
S- another protein shake
D- No idea. Most likely another protein shake since I'll be on the go, but maybe some fish with vegetables, if I have time.
S- Greek yogurt with berries
The de-carbing is going much better than I had expected, and I definitely have some of that New Pouch Feeling back, which is what I wanted!
Exercise will be at least 40 minutes of Wii Fit, plus my lunchtime walk.
