What are you eating/doing? Tired Tuesday....

We had a really great weekend but unfortunately, it's back to reality....I am super tired and do not feel like doing anything today....blech.....I need to break up with sheetz and starbucks....its coffee gone bad..

60 minutes with my trainer-lower boday, cardio, core (thank god we dont meet till noon today - lol!!)

B- Protein Iced Coffee
L- Tuna and crackers side salad with ranch
S- Protein Shake
D- Turkey Burger with cheese and steamed veggies
S- Protein Shake

No numbers, it will be higher protein today because I am trying to break my soy iced coffee habit.  I am going to have to call sheetz and starbucks and have them post my picture that says "Do not give this woman a grande decaf soy latte with sf carmel" she is trying to break her carb cycle!!  UGH!!  God help anyone who comes within 50ft of me today..lol!

I also need to de-carb and re-focus, so I am putting myself on a 3 day Liquid Protein Train starting today.  And I need to cut Starbucks back to every other day.  My drink of choice has been a grande 2 pump skinny vanilla latte, but still, I need to cut back!  I had a really rough PMS this month (yeah, sorry for the TMI) and I found myself doing way more carby snacking than I have done since surgery. NOT GOOD.

So here's the plan for today:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- Fuzzy Navel Nectar, mixed with 4C Lemonade (I drink that instead of Crystal Light because I prefer sucralose over aspartame!)
L- Syntha 6 strawberry milkshake
S- Twisted Cherry Nectar, also mixed with Lemonade
D- Not sure yet.  I may allow myself a "sensible dinner" of lean protein and greens, or I may just have another shake or Unjury chicken soup
S- protein ice cream

A real protein-ific day!

For exercise, it will depend on what time I get my car back -- either I'll do a Zumba class earlier, or a step class later.  And then some time with my Wii Fit so it doesn't chastise me for staying away too long.

I cannot drink all day if I am going to work out or I will pass out.  I tried that and trainer Mike did not like picking me up off the floor.  So I am going to have to block some time off, not exercise at all (walking is ok) and I shake it up.

Ooh, that does not sound good!  I'm a little worried about having a reaction to the sudden lack of carbs, so I did pack some extra Syntha 6, since it has more carbs than the others, and I also figured I could eat some berries if I feel shaky.  So far I feel pretty good though.  We shall see...
