What are you eating today and it's MOVE IT MONDAY!

Hi all!  Yes, it's Monday again, but it's a gorgeous day here in New Jersey -- sunny and not too hot, I'll take it!  I'm at work this morning, but I need to leave soon.  I have a slow leak in one of my tires (UGH!) and I need to drive up to the tire store to get it fixed before it runs out of air entirely.  Fun, fun!

Here's today's menu:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- string cheese
L- Chicken thigh with diced tomatoes, pudding cup
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- pork loin somehow (maybe with vinegar BBQ sauce)
S- Greek yogurt with blueberries

For exercise, I'm going to get a workout in while my tire is being fixed -- the tire store is conveniently located right next to my gym so I have no excuses!  I'll do a 40 minute workout there, and then probably a 20 minute Wii Fit workout tonight.  I don't want the Wii Fit to chastise me for staying away!
