What are eating/doing THURSDAY?

I think Heather is busy today so I will post today's thread!  It's rainy here (again, ugh!) but I'm trying not let it get me down.  I think I have mostly kicked the bronchitis to the curb, and the weekend is almost here, and those things are making me happy!

Here's today's menu:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- string cheese
L- BBQ chicken thigh, pudding cup
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- Not sure yet.  Going out for Chinese food or su****onight, yay!
S- Greek yogurt with blueberries

I haven't added it all up yet, but I may need to add something else in there.  For added fun, I have PMS and I am craving salty things like crazy AND retaining water like it's my job. Fun!

For exercise, I will do at least 30 minutes with the Wii Fit. 

So tell me, what are YOU doing today to move your body?  And what are you eating?  I need meal ideas, so please, post away!!!

 b-slice of cheese

i am at my boyfriends right now i never eat enough when i am here...its a newer relationship and i moved away so I come up thurs-mon until i move here in july and i told him today we really have to start doing grocery shopping so i can get more food so hopefully tomorrow will be better
