Happy 8 months to me...Happy 8 months to me........Today is my 8 month surgiversay. I am down from a 34/34 shirt to a 18/20, size 32 pants to a 22 and I have lost a total of 140lbs. I feel incrediable and in clothes, I don't look too bad - lol!!! I can't even begin to describe all of the changes from the past 8 months, Oh and exercise - I LOVE to get my sweat on. I have a great trainer who pushes me and in turn I want to push myself harder and do more.
Tell me what you are eating today and how you are moving your body.
60 minutes with my trainer lower body, carido, and core. According to my GoWear I burned about 1300 calories. Not to shabby.
B- Eggs with spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and chia seeds
S- Post workout shake
L- Turkey Burger with Cheese and small salad
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Chicken thigh in bbq sauce and green beans
S- SF Jello Pudding and Cool wHip
Calories 1109 Protein (41%) Carbs (28%) Fat (31%)

Congrats woman!! You had your exactly 3 weeks before I did and you are doing FANTASTIC!! I have lost a total of 110 lbs, was in a size 28 pants (ok really a 30 but I was squeezing into a 28 LOL), and 26/28 (some 30/32) tops and now i'm proud to say I'm in 22 pants with ROOM IN THEM and an 18/20 top (gotta love being pear shaped hahaha)! as far as today's menu:
b-2 organic brown eggs with pace salsa and 2% natural mild cheddar cheese
s-25g of protein chocolate shake
l-chicken salad
s-fruit salad
(work out between snack and dinner so post workout shake)
d-grilled apple bourbon marinated pork loin with peas and potato salad

I am feeling much better today. I was able to get a good night's sleep (yay, codeine cough syrup!) and I think that made all the difference for me. My appetite is a little better -- basically, that means food isn't looking as repulsive as it did yesterday -- and I'm still concentrating on getting lots of fluids in to flush out the bad bronchitis.
Here's today's menu:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee (I feel like such a geek posting the same breakfast every day!)
L- Chicken thigh with BBQ sauce
S- Fuzzy Navel Nectar protein shake, mixed with 4C Lemonade
D- I really want some takeout, so maybe miso soup & a sashimi appetizer.
S- Greek yogurt with blueberries
I need some more protein in there somewhere, but if this is all there is, I'm okay with it for today.
Exercise will be either Wii Fit, or I might finally try the EA Active I bought last week. It depends on how much I'm coughing.

I heard about them from a Dr.Oz program, I was having problems with endurance and lack of energy during my workouts. A lady in the audience was having the same issues and he told her to have a hand ful of them before a workout. WOW!! What a difference. I put them in my yogurt and now I throw them in salad or my eggs. I get the recommended 3 tbsp day. The energy I get is amazing and I can tell the difference if I do not use them.
