I broke my stall!
Hi Folks,
I'm thrilled to share that I just broke the stall I've been in since the end of April. On Friday morning the scale said 340. On Sunday morning --- 330!!
I try to weigh myself only once a week on Friday. I know I can't lose 10 pounds in two days -- so most of it was water weight from my period starting. (Even having a period is a NSV! My PCOS stopped it for a year preop.)
And I do have another NSV -- I'm wearing size 30 stretch jeans. And they're not tight -- they fit!! I started out in Catherine's size 12 -- maybe a 36? -- two months ago. All the shirts I had that were probably a little too snug at the beginning are getting too big.

I think it was mostly exercising more. I knew it was normal to stall, so I didn't get super frustrated.
I'm getting better about remembering to take all my vitamins and calcium. But the doc did have me up my Vitamin D 800 IU. I'm not sure that would have had any effect.

How great is that feeling. Great stuff........it must have felt awesome to see the chhange on the scales. I stalled for 36 days and it almost did my head in, but were both in weight loss town now......get to it kiddo....go for a big walk every day, or do a few workout this week and make the most of your loss....
