I am currently waiting for my appointment with the surgeon to find out if he will even do wls on me. In the mean time my knees are so sore and i was wondering if any of you have or had this problem and what the best remedy is? Even if i could make them feel a little better it would be great.
Thanks

Preop, I had a doctor tell me to take 600 mg of ibuprofen when my knee was acting up. Ibuprofen has antinflammatories that help take swelling down.

I also used a heating pad occasionally.

Good luck on getting the surgery.

I have my rheumatologist give me cortisone injections and they last quite a long while before the knees, or hips, or back, or shoulder, pick whichever you chose, lol, give me trouble again.  It's even possible to exercise with the cortisone.
