Do you hear that??? It is the sounds of silence.....today was Dawson's first day of camp. He is going 3 days/week this summer and my house is so peaceful. I just have a ton of crap to do. I am a mean mommy lol!! Last year he complained he was bored, even though he has everything a kid could want. So this year, I decided to remidy that with plenty of social activities. My big activity today is getting a massage, cleaning the house, picking him up at 2 and jumping in the pool. It is suppose to get cold again this week - grr!!

L- Turkey Stuffed Yellow Pepper with Salsa
S- Protein Iced Coffee
S- Almonds and cheese stick
D- Turkey Burger with cheese and steamed veggies
S- SF Jello Pudding with Cool Whip or as Stewie would say Cool wHip.
Calories- 1055 Protein (44%) Fat (30%) Carbs (25%)

Happy Move It Monday! The massage sounds heavenly! I need to book myself one very soon. I'm at work today -- not sure if that was the right thing to do, since I am a coughing, phlegmy mess today. I have an appt later this morning to see the doctor, so hopefully I can get some good meds and get this bronchitis kicked to the curb!
I love the Family Guy reference -- I think of that every time I see Cool wHip!

B- Chocolate Max Protein (How exciting, it's my breakfast every day!), coffee
S- string cheese
L- chicken thigh
S- Half Supreme Protein bar
D- Swordfish
S- Greek yogurt with berries.
Exercise will be something not-too-taxing on the Wii Fit. Nothing that will make me cough more, at least.
