What are you eating/doing? Friday and the weekend....
I am exhausted.....we didn't get home till after 2 and was back up at 7 to get Dawson ready for the last day of school. WOOT!!! We had an amazing time last night, capped off by the fact they won!! If you have ever been to the Mellon Arena, it is an old building with ALOT of steps. I was surprised that I could climb them without going into cardiac arrest!! My GOWear told me I took 20,222 steps yesterday - I am not sure if I have ever taken that many steps in my life-lol!! I also burned 3200 calories total yesterday. I love this thing.
We have a busy weekend. We have two birthday parties tomorrow back to back and sunday we have 2 graduation parites. Fun times.
60 minutes Wii Fit. I burned 720 calories. I was dancin' with my Mii's, boxing, hula hooping, and took a run with President Obama today.

L- Cup of soup and strawberries

D- Turkey Taco Meat with cheese, spinach, and salsa
S- SF Jello Pudding Cup

Glad you had a good time at the game, Heather! I know what you mean about the stairs -- I was in NYC for work today and had to change trains, which involved going up and down about 5 flights of steps, all while carrying my laptop, and I didn't feel winded in the slightest. In the old days, I would have had to take a little breather halfway through and then again at the end. Amazing!

Yeah, kind of a weird food day so far because of the big commute I had today. The good part is I was back home in time to get a haircut. Now I'm debating whether or not I should go out tonight.
For exercise, I would estimate that I walked at least 1.5 miles while in NYC. I'm going to do 30 minutes of either Wii Fit or EA Active later.

30 minutes with the Wii Fit. Nothing too taxing, I think I have bronchitis and it hurts to take a deep breath. :-( I hate getting bronchitis, and I especially hate getting it in the spring like this. Stupid allergies and stupid asthma! It's also made me really not feel like eating so I'm just concentrating on fluids and eating whatever looks remotely appealing.
Here's today's menu:
B- ricotta with SF cinnamon dolce syrup
L- cheese stick
D- leftover lamb with peapods
S- a frozen pudding cup
Also, a ton of SF popsicles, Powerade Zero, and decaf iced tea. I hope this illness is short-lived. I do not have the time!
