What are you eating/doing? LET'S GO PENS!!!!

Ok, so I just realized that I posted yesterday was Thursday and it really wasn't..hmmm.  I finally think I have lost my mind.  Today is the 2nd to last day of school for my kiddo and they only go for 2.5 hours.  It is such a waste and they go for another 2.5 hours tomorrow.  I am ready for the school year to be done.  Pool is open, but it is too cold to swim.  I want summer.....

My little guy and I went out for lunch and we are heading to Pittsburgh for Game 4 of the cup playoffs.  We are meeting up with my hubby, we are sitting in the Deloitte suite tonight for the game.  Dawson will enjoy the first 20 minutes then usually goes off with the other kids to do what they want.  Last time we went, they put  a sundae bar in the box for the kids and it was a mess.  They took these huge cookies and smeared them with PB and whip cream and built ice cream sundaes with sprinkles and hot fudge ang gummie bears.  Needless to say, someone was not feeling good on the way home and we pulled over 5 times so he could throw up.  UGH!!

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.....

60 minutes of stregnth training (upper body), core, and cardio.  According to my toy I burnt 1234 caloires on my workout.

B- Eggs with peppers, onions, mushrooms, chia seeds, and spinach
Post workout shake
L- steak tips with onions and mushrooms
S- Protein Shake
D- Not sure, we will probably go to Red Robin for dinner before the game.
I will keep my fingers out of the popcorn, I will keep my fingers out of the popcorn, I will keep my fingers out of the popcorn and eat my protein bar.

I'm a Jersey girl, but I will also say "GO PENS!!!"  How fun that you're going to the game!  I wish yesterday had been Thursday too because then today would be Finally Friday!

Today is a pretty good day for me.  I'm in a much, much better mood and much less stressed than I was earlier in the week.  After I leave work, I'm going to check out a new townhouse development that I'm thinking of buying in, and then I'm going to do some shopping then dinner with my mom.  I hope to get to the gym at some point but if not, my Wii Fit will be waiting for me.

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- chicken with ginger and green beans
S- Half a Supreme Protein Bar
D- Not sure yet, depends on where we go for dinner.
S- Greek yogurt with berries

For exercise, if I make it to the gym, it'll be the elliptical + weight machines.  If I don't, then I have a date with the Wii Fit.

 I wish yesterday had been Thursday then I could be done with this work thing for the week and a whole lot closer to my vacation!  Finally feeling like I have gotten rehydrated from my stomach bug last weekend.  Be careful if you ever get a stomach bug...so easy to get dehyrated...I have been drinking like a fish (water) since Monday.  

I opted for a walk outside tonight rather than being in the gym.

B-100% Whey Protein shake w/ soymilk
L- Cream Cheese, Lox and Ryvita cracker
S- SF Tapioca
S-String Cheese
D- Chili, yogurt
