Morning Everyone!!!!

My new toy came!!!!  I charged it up yesterday and put it on about 3 hrs before bed.  It told me I slept for 6.5 hrs last night, but it doesn't feel like it.  So far today, I have taken 6000 steps and burned a total of 1568 calories, 600 of those was burnt an hour on my Wii Fit. Not too shabby.  If the weather breaks, I am going to head out for a walk later.

Tell me what you are eating and what you are doing to MOVE IT today....

60 minutes on my WII Fit and possibly a walk later

B- OH YEAH Protein Shake
L- Turkey Burger with cheese and side salad
S- Fruit salad (1/2 c) cheese stick
D- Rotisserie Chicken and spinach
S- SF Pudding with SF Cool Whip

Hello!  I am feeling much less stressed today, which is glorious.  I did some shopping last night and then got a very good night's sleep (yay, Ambien!) and today I feel like my perspective has improved. 

Here's today's menu:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- Chili with 2% cheddar
S- Greek yogurt with strawberries
D- Not sure yet -- going out to eat with a friend
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar

I need to add a protein shake in there somewhere.  Not sure where yet!

For exercise, I did 20 minutes with the Wii Fit this morning.  I will either go to the gym later, or do more Wii Fit.

 Interested to hear more about your new toy.  
One of my freinds has the bodybug by 24hr fitness and loves it, swears by it.  Seems like allot of money...

45 minute weight training session and over 8k steps so far

B-100% Whey shake with Soymilk

L- 2 oz lowfat cream cheese w/ 4oz lox on 3 ryvita crackers

D-Roasted Shrimp and chicken potstickers

Sexy-sizing activity for the day. A 60 minute cardio burn interval training session with strength and resistence training......starts at 7pm.... OUCH!
