Morning Everyone!!
I stepped outside and swore I was at the beach this morning without a breeze. It is sticky and humid here, blech. I feel better today, epecially after yesterdays Olive Garden episode, no more of that!
I am so excited my new toy will be here today, I ordered one of those GO WEAR FIt arm bands to track my activity to see what I am truly burning with my workouts. I am a little girl on Xmas waiting for the FedEx guy!!!

60 minutes with trainer, lower body, core, and cardio day - WOOT!
Pre B- Iced Protein Coffee
B- Eggs with mushrooms, onions, peppers, chia seeds, and spinach
Post Workout - EAS Advantedge Shake
L- Turkey burger on 1/2 Arnold's Sammy Thin with cheese
S- Berries and Cheese Stick
D- Chicken and Green Beans
S- SF Pudding with whip
Protein (39%) Fat (32%) Carbs (29%)

Heather, you lucky girl! I've been eyeing that armband too but wasn't sure if I want to shell out the money yet. I'll be very interested to hear how you like it.
I have been feeling so stressed out, and I keep thinking about how in the past I would just "stress eat" and end up doing things like going to the McD's drive-thru and then stopping to buy some Reese's cups and ice cream on the way home. Now the thought of eating that makes me feel ill (Except for the Reese's -- I miss them!) and I do feel like I can much better deal with things when I'm eating healthfully and taking the time to work out. It's so odd to me how my perspective has changed.
Here's today's menu:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- string cheese
L- chili with 2% cheddar
S- Half Supreme Protein bar
Post-workout- Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein shake
D- Pork and broccoli
S- Greek yogurt with berries
For exercise, I am going to a 60 minute step class tonight. I will also grab some time with the Wii Fit, just because it's fun!

My eating is a little off lately im never hungry and have to remember hey you have to eat.

Lunch 1/2 tuna salad on toasted wheat bread
Dinner i had applebees soup and salad i can only eat alittle but i like too try alittle of each.
I love the chicken tortilla soup
snack carb master yogurt 1/2
I have a friend on the Indiana board who makes a killer reece cup dessert that is sugar free my kids love it if you want the recipe
