MOVE IT MONDAY! What are you eating/doing?

It's MOVE IT MONDAY!  Sadly, the weekend is over and now here we are.  So tell me, what are you eating?  And what are you doing to MOVE IT, MOVE IT?

Here's my menu for the day:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- BBQ chicken thigh, broccoli
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
S- Protein shake (post-workout)
D- marinaded loin of pork
S- SF Cinnamon Roll pudding

For exercise, I did 30 minutes of elliptical today, and hope to catch a Zumba class after work.  Because I like to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!!

Busy day.  I didnt get to eat breakfast and I am paying for it now.  I ate lunch and it didn't agree with me and now I feel crappy - blech!!!

B- None (ya bad- I get it now)
L- Had lunch with my girlfriends and had a chicken dish from the OG and ate 6 bites and that was it.  Came home and laid down - BLECH!!!
D- Tried some veggie soup.  Nope
S- If I can I will choke down a protein shake.

60 min Spin - thank god it was before lunch.
