What are you eating/doing Friday and the Weekend...
Morning Everyone!!!
Its FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YA WEEKEND!!!!! The scale is FINALLY moving again in the right direction!!! We are going on a daytrip tomorrow, just hubby and I for a mental health day. It was suppose to be all weekend but alas his crazy work schedule calls.
Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.
60 minutes with my trainer lower body, core, and cario
B- Scrambled Eggs with mushrooms. peppers, onions, and spinach
L- Turkey burger with cheese on 1/2 a sandwich thin
S- berries and string cheese
D- Not sure we are taking Dawson and his BFF to see "UP", so we will probably go to Applebees afterwards.
S- Protein Shake

I am officially stressed out today, but I do think that exercising and eating healthfully is helping me through it. Hey, even if it's just a placebo effect, I'll take it! I'm going out of town tomorrow too, just to get out of my usual environment and rest and relax -- I'll be at the beach and that definitely helps me relax. I am looking forward to that!
Here's my menu for today:
B- Chocolate Max Protein with Benefiber, coffee (I know I eat this breakfast a lot. I'm not a morning person, and it's easiest for me to just automate things)
S- cheese stick
L- chicken thigh with BBQ sauce, small green salad
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- Chicken thigh with BBQ sauce (I have to finish them before leaving town), green beans
S- ricotta with cinnamon and splenda
I will add a protein shake in there somewhere. Fuzzy Navel nectar mixed with 4C Lemonade.
For exercise, a Zumba class, and maybe some Wii Fit!
