Woohoo.....

I fnd it hard to believe that just 6 weeks post surgery my BMI is heading down from mid 50's to almost being in the 30's.....that's a dream for me....... I cannot cannot wait to be there......... and when I hit club 20...you will all hear me squeel with delight all the way from Australia.....

I love WLS!

Just a little side note....I struggled with poor loss and stalls for weeks ater surgery and it came down to needing to do cardio workouts...walking didn't cut it for me....and ever since I started doing 6 days a week cardio, plus an hour long walk at least three days a week I'm doing much better....plus 3 meals only a day......

Hope everyone is feeling good about their losses...... I know I'll hit a wall again soon and will need to look at thhis post to remind myself to be positive and optomistic but I am determined to keep losing and get this weight of.f...... yayayayayaya

Wow, congrats on the truly remarkable BMI decline! You are doing great & should be so happy & proud! I am taking your advice & going to begin cardio workouts this week. I'm 8 weeks out and last weigh-in (6-wk pt) was 51 lbs down. Now that the healing pains have subsided and I feel lighter & more energetic, time to kick it up a notch! I'm going to take advantage of the gym special promotions this time of year in Fla (too hot & humid for outdoors!) and crank it up! Thanks for sharing & sending you positive vibes for continued success during this exciting journey!

thanks for posting, I needed that. I have been really getting down, every one seems to be finding a mate and getting a  new job. I have lost 143 and just interviewed where I work and because lack of experience and I went back to school and I just graduated with my Assoc degree and working on my bachelors. I am just really feeling down. I have come so far and can't seem to move any further. I am also waiting on the panni removal getting approved from insurance. It has been over 1 year.
