It's Thursday, what are you eating/doing?

Good morning, all!  It's Thursday, we are almost at the weekend, and not a moment too soon for me.  This week has really put me through the wringer, unfortunately.

So tell me, what are you eating?  And what are you doing to move your body?

Here's my menu for the day:

B- Chocolate Max Protein with Benefiber (my new BFF!), coffee
S- cheese stick
L- I'll pick up lunch at Whole Foods today since I didn't have anything to pack at home. Probably a salad with chicken or roast beef, or a shrimp ****tail.
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- Chicken thighs simmered with tomato and basil
S- SF Cinnamon Roll pudding

I need to add a protein shake in there somewhere -- not sure where yet!

For exercise, I am going to go to a 60 minute step class tonight, and maybe squeeze in 30 minutes with the Wii Fit too.

Blech......its my word of the day!
 
I skipped the gym today and went back to bed.  Just wasnt feeling life today...oh well.

PreB- Protein Iced Coffee
B- Scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, baby spinach, and mushrooms
L- Chili with cheese and baby spinach
S- Strawberries, Blueberries, banana with string cheese
D- Turkey Burger with cheese on 1/2 of arnolds sandwich thin and green beans
S- SF Jello Pudding with sf cool whip
