Morning Everyone!

It is another dreary day here in PA but at least it will be alot warmer today than yesterday.  I had to drag out the sweatshirt and jeans yesterday..brrrrr. 

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.

60 minutes Wii Fit

B- Eggs with peppers, onions, and mushrooms
S- Protein Shake
L- Tuna with LF Mayo and 4 Flaxseed Crackers
S- 1 oz Almonds and Banana (that brings my calories up!!)
D- Grilled Chicken Salad with LF Ranch
S- SF Jello Pudding with SF Cool Whip

Here's today's menu:

B- Chocolate Max protein with Benefiber, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- chicken thigh with BBQ sauce (leftover from last night -- Heather, thanks for this recipe idea!  OMG SO GOOD!!!!) and green beans
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- Not sure yet, I'm going to a WLS friend's house for dinner, so I'm sure it will be WLS-friendly.
S- ricotta mousse

I seriously can't believe how good the chicken thighs in BBQ sauce tasted.  I used to love getting ribs at Famous Dave's, and I would venture to say that these are even better than ribs! 

For exercise, I went to Power Yoga before work, and I'm hoping to squeeze in 30 minutes of Wii Fit tonight if I can.

I swam today - 50 lengths in about 45 minutes. Food was good, but had a popcorn jones tonight - craving the salt, I think.
