What are you eating/doing? Post Holiday Blahhsss Tuesday...
Morning Everyone!!!
What a change in the weather...we go from 80 degrees and warm to 55 and cold. YUCK!!! We had a really nice weekend, I did some retail therapy and went to visit some friends in Pittsburgh on Saturday and Sunday we hosted family and friends for a cookout. It was nice, but it was also nice to do nothing on Monday but some WII FIt and watch the Nascar race.
Tel me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today...
60 minutes with my trainer, upper body, core, and cardio
30 minutes with my WII fit (Dawson wont let me not do this everyday now) I ran for the first time yesterday, so I am going to try for the longer distance today or run two 3 minute runs.
B - Scrambled Eggs with mushrooms. spinach, peppers and onions, and chia seeds
S- Shake (post workout)
L- Tuna with lf mayo, 4 tj flaxseed crackers, side salad with lf ranch
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Chicken and Veggie Kabobs
S- SF Jello Pudding with SF Cool Whip

I definitely have the post-holiday weekend blahs, and I think I am also still nursing my case of the post-vacation blues from last week. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, but it's making me a little crabby! I also need to go buy groceries but I'm procrastinating. It's made menu planning rather interesting...
Here's my menu for the day:
B - Chocolate Max Protein with benefiber and coffee
S- 2 string cheeses
L- chili with cheddar
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- If I go shopping, it will be chicken thighs cooked somehow. If not, it will be whatever frozen fish I have on hand.
S- SF chocolate ricotta mousse
I need to add up the calories to make sure it's enough. I had no idea that 1100 - 1200 calories would feel like so much!
For exercise, I went to a spin class this morning before work, and later I hope to set up and use my new Wii Fit! Have a good day, all!
