Morning Everyone!!

It's another beautiful day here in Central PA.  I think we are going to open the pool this weekend, I wanted to wait till it warmed up a little more but according to the weather man, who gets it right 50% of the time, its going to stay warm. 

Anyone have any plans for the long weekend?  I think we are going to hit the amusement park with the kids and go to a few picnics.  It will be nice this year to be able to sit in a lawn chair and not be afraid I am going to break it.  WOOT!!!!

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today?

60 minutes with my trainer, upper body, core, and cardio

B- Yogurt with Chia Seeds and Fiber One Twigs
S- Protein Shake
L- Salad with chicken
D- BBQ Chicken and Green Beans
S- SF Jello Pudding (I went to Wegman's and found Banana  Spilt supreme and Boston Creame Pie -YUMMO!!)

Good morning!

I am back at work today after a few days off for a Girls' Weekend with some of my besties.  It's rough being back at work and of course I have way too many meetings to go to, but at least it'll just be a two-day week for me, and then a three day weekend, yay!

No plans yet for the long weekend.  I'm sure I'll be going to a BBQ at the parents' house, and maybe a day at the beach too.  I agree about the lawn chairs!!!  In the past few days I've eaten at some outdoor cafes (all with lawn chair-type seating) and I've been amazed that I've fit comfortably in the chairs and didn't have to worry about them breaking!  Along the same lines, I no longer live in fear of booths!  AMAZING!!!

Here's today's menu plan:

B- Chocolate Max protein

S- half Supreme Protein bar (the other half from yesterday's, then I think I'm going to lay off the bars for a while)

L- chili

S- frozen SF pudding cup (cinnamon roll flavor, yay!)

D- Not sure yet, going out most likely for Greek food

S- decaf latte

I'm going to have to add something else in there, not sure what.  Most likely a nonfat latte as a snack somewhere in there too, as I think I will definitely need a trip to Starbucks today!

For exercise:  one mile walk during lunchtime, one hour Step & Abs class tonight.

Felt really hungry today........

No exercise in today but every day this week i did cardio burn so learning to not be guilty about it.
